After years hopping from shop to shop, including the dealership, my experiences ranged from not great, to really bad, until I found New Millenium Motors, about 8 years ago. I’ve been using them ever since, and through the transition to when Maria took over the shop from her husband, and though I admit I was weary about the change in management, my worries have proven to be unwarranted. This shop continues to deliver great service to my aging car, all while putting up with my questions and concerns. My recent services ended up rebuilding my full confidence in this shop, as even when there were some issues with the parts they used, which were presumably outside of their control, New Millenium fully stood by their work, and didn’t charge me anything to redo the jobs related to the defective parts. That work and those parts have now continued to hold up,, as has all the other work they’ve been doing on my car, so far. People to whom I’ve recommended this shop have also come back and thanked me, as they continue to use the shop. I will continue to recommend it to anyone. Thanks Maria!
